I thought that this was a little benieth the students ability level. It is odd that there would be such a discrepencey between classes. I think I covered this good enough in my lesson plan. I think that using the music as a way of calming the students is a really good idea. It helps to keep them from becoming restless. Also, they are more likely to respect the silence caused by less noise in the room when the music is shut off. In addition, it keeps me loose, which is a very very good thing.
